                                   Freedom of the press is written by one of the most significant personalities of modern India.

                                             The Essay of   Shashi Tharoor was published in “The Hindu” On 4^th May 2003 and it was on the 3^rd of May, which is known as

                  “The World Press freedom days.”

                       When he wrote this particular essay on the same day. He remembers 12 journalists who were killed in the U.S.This essay took shape primarily because of this particular incident.

                                     By Freedom of Press what he means is freedom of expression it is through the freedom of press that we can see the world and come to know about what is happening around. The 3^rd  of May marks their  anniversary of the statement of principles decided by Journalist  from Africa, who vouched for free and independent media in Africa as well as throughout the world which was later on adopted by

        UNESCO- (United Nation Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization)

                         As the fundamental need of any democratic set up.

             Press with the freedom of expression is absolutely in inevitable for the democratic society as well as for social and economic development. It would have a sense of transparency throughout and our legal as well as political system would behave in more accountable manner.

                       Restricting  the freedom of press would not allow the global development of any particular country as proper bifurcation of information result the concerned country would fail in all the fields where in information is require in order to developed. Development in today’s modern era is dependent on afficant sending receiving of information though Newspaper, Magazines, Journals , Internet as well as Television .Liberation in the field of Media is the order of the day.

                               United nations organized to major events in the year 2004 for the development of Press and Press of Freedom especially in Electronic Media in GENEVA In Mouth of December where in they discuss the role of Electronic media in today's globalized  society. The Focus was on giving ultimate Freedom in order to generate the plurality of information through Mass and Other communications Media .The society in 21 century can only survive if the information is allowed to every single person through Media.The Summit Geneva focused upon the important of allowing all the country s make them aware about the cultural diversity of every nation.

                   It is only possible though the use add Digital Technology which would allow the visual representation of what is happening around the world.

                  Shashi Tharoor emphasis on the challenge that the united nation has which is of allowing access of information to every sector of the society and empowering them with the information required in order to survive in the society.

                In a way Freedom of Press would serve as a blessing in disguides for the underprivileged who would get a conman platform

                                    Professor Norbert Wiener came up with the field of computer ethics in the year 1940. It was basically founded to track an aero plane and to calculate its trajectory.He develop a new branch of science called “Cyber ethics”. It is the science of the information system.

                                       In the year 1948 in his book Cyber ethics.he wrote about the construction about artificial machines in the year 1950.  He published the book “the human use of human being” Which is still today one of the most powerful basis of research and analyses. In the field he wanted to include all possible professional in the concept of computer ethics.

                                            It remain under develop of many years ad it was taken seriously around 1960. It was time when the crimes related to computers hacker were growing.Donn Parker wrote books on computer crime and created a code of computer ethics in year 1973.

                                                   In the Mid 60s and earlier 70s new laws with regard to computer crimes were developing and around the same time. A computer scientist of MIT Joseph Weizmann created a program named ELIZA which viewed the result of psychotherapy.He later on wrote a book named computer power and human reason in the year 1976 on computer ethics. Walter Mainer defied computer ethics which studied the problem of ethical problems created by and for computer technology.

                                  Terrell Ward got very much inspired by manners were and decided to run the workshops computer ethics across America. He also lunch a general on computer ethics in which James Moor In his  article what is computer ethics gave the definition that it includes consideration of both personal and social policies for the ethical use of computer. Technology in the year 1985 the build of computer ethics develop a lot as their were many courses, Research center, conference, text book and articles were given lot of important.

                                             To his surprise that man appeared within ten days time. Datta was shocked and was bit nervous as he never accepted that person very saw shortly and he did not even starts framing the photographer as a result on the very next morning his started working on the frame while he was doing so because of his nature he could not find certain things and in extreme anxiety the paint which was which in color fell on the secreted photograph. He became extremely nervous and set helplessly by clutching his head. He now searching for a similar photograph as the person in the photograph was very famous philanthropist.

                                            To his fortune he found one photograph which was fairly almost similar and there for he took the risk of framing the photograph with the gold frame after a few hours it was ready but as the day acme nearer he was becoming more and more nervous by thinking what the person who said after looking at the photograph.

                                                 Finally the day came when he had to hand over the photograph to the owner. The customer was very happy and exited as Dutta gave the frame to the customer was a very happy looking at the frame and he was awestruck but after sometime the customer face started to change its expression and he noticed its expression and he noticed something which was not that important in that context as he set that he wanted oval mount and not the square shape.

                               Early people had a different picture of universe people believe that the Earth is a flat plays as it does not have a secular shape but with the development of science and especially physically gave answers to some of the questions which were not answer for years together.

                          Because of development of science people came to known about the general climate of the universe as a result the entire universe was now no longer a big question. Most of the people belive that the universe is unchanging and static but in the year 1929 Edwin Hubble found out that the galaxies are moving away from us and as a result we came to known about the big bang theory therefore people stated believing that there are physical reasons of the begging of the universe and it is not got who has created the universe.

                                   One cannot known the begging or the end of universe has  any theory is provisional and therefore hypothetical according Karl Copper any good theory is outcome of multiple observation and the goal of science it’s to provided a single theory for whole universe but it is very difficult to do so. As the observation, effects and its representation change from time to time ad to come to final conclusion is almost impossible till today there is no theory of the structure of the universe in order to calculate that orbits. Scientist today explain the universe into basic theory's

1)    The general theory of relativity

2)    Quantum mechanics.

                                   The theory of relativity describes the gravitational force the quantum mechanics talks about the smallest phenomenon of the university.

                  Physic today is searching for a new theory which can accommodate both the theories both of this theories are partial in nature.

                      

                           In order to discover the complete unified theory is very difficult start and people are still trying to search for the perfect answer on universe.

      The hero of the play is a symbolises a figure of new generation or of youth with his own indepentent way of tinking, behouring and talking witha personal like Uncle James whom may be taken to  authoity and tradition .In a way we acn concerned that showing generarttion gap can obsivily create confilct somehow direct or indirect way.

            When we read the play the boy come to home carefully,
seriously we find to the authorative attitude of Uncle James .He treat Philip as a in experiened school boy  who doesnot know or  understand about his life , career or a future reposibility and there for Uncle James decideds everying for Philip and says to Emily.
     “ I have decideed that the best thing he can do is to come into the business at once and hill fall in with my wishes.”
            Thus, Uncle James is ready to use his authoorative as a patron at a time aunt Emily asks him to late Philip decide his career but in her reply .He says that
     “ I donot see how he  proposes to do it so long as i hold the purse strime”.
      This is what he has in his mind calls Philip .Here we can consider the first and most diffcult conflict about Uncle James decision for Philip life and career  by his father to learn some profesional as a result Uncle does not life provide him back a till   of twenty-five because Philip wants to learn some profesional and become an arkitake in future but James talls him taht he will use the power of pulse if he doesnot submit to his order that Philip uses the power of vevlor war and whom to make uncle James frinted to send him death.Therefor Uncle James is ready to now to do what Philip wants but altimately as a reader we can understand the confilct level becomes the central confilct or central theme of the play boys comes to home.
 
Conclusion:-
             The play ' The boy comes home' discribe as alight comedy perhaps their we find in the play.Uncle james condition create a lot of comedy when we laughs says about the strike manager( Uncle).
        “Perhaps i would better bring my revol work....
  At the same time uncle James replays:-
           “ Ha! Ha! A good jobs that ! Ha, Ha! A good jobs but only a job but only jobs of course.”
       In brief ,We conclused that the way play ends the shows that the dramastic wanted emphasise the fact that much beterness and suffering could be avoided by resembleness understanding and asicblity on either side, the dialogue is is excent , simple, racy , fullant and representative and handled in called affeciant ywte stiriking way and its helps to capture the plans and mood of the angry young man of the period.
    In a way the end is somehow disappointing and the promises of the empending clashs not fullfilled .
      THe explanation of this fame and ending is , as already stated the dramist desire to avoid and unhappy final and create a briz ofunderstanding between  the worlds between two generation .The three the world war of security and poest war world of insecurity and harth reality.
